Adform (Personalized advertising and optimization)

Our website uses functions of the ad server "Adform" of Adform S/A (Denmark). Adform uses cookies to improve the advertising experience and efficiency. This allows us to show you targeted and tailored advertising and to measure and optimize the success of our marketing efforts.

Cookies expire after 30 days and do not personally identify you. This data is transmitted to Adobe pseudonymized therefore Adobe cannot establish a personal reference. However, Erste Bank and Sparkassen can reassign the pseudonymized data to a person.

Adobe Target (personalized advertising and optimization)

"Adobe Target" is a service of Adobe Inc. (USA). Adobe Target" allows us to display personalized offers on sparkasse.at, as well as to conduct A/B tests of the content. This also involves the use of cookies, web beacons and related technologies to learn how users react to personalized content and A/B tests on our website.

Data is collected via a cookie ID that is stored pseudonymously.

The "Adobe Audience Manager" is a service of Adobe Inc. (USA).

To optimize our AdWords campaigns, we use the "Google AdWords Conversion Tracking" of Alphabet Inc. (USA).

This service stores data on your device and allows us to evaluate the use of our website anonymously statistically. As soon as you click on a Google AdWord, Google stores a "conversion cookie" on your computer, which expires after 30 days.

When you visit certain pages of our website, we recognize which keywords you used in the Google search, that you clicked on a certain Google AdWord and were redirected to this page. Google Remarketing (personalized advertising and optimization)

We use Google Remarketing, an advertising service provided by Google. The operator of the Google Remarketing component is Alphabet Inc. (USA).

Google Remarketing allows us to use your website visits and interactions with our advertising on other websites in the Google network, for example, to target ads that match your interests.

Google Remarketing stores a cookie on your device as soon as you access our website. This cookie enables us to statistically evaluate your website usage. The information obtained and your IP address are transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information to recognize you on other websites of the Google advertising network and show you ads from us. Google also transfers this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Through Google Remarketing, data is transmitted to Alphabet Inc. in the USA, which is necessary for the collection and billing of the displayed advertising. This personal data is stored and processed in the USA.
