Security in our branches
We want you to feel safe whenever important transactions require you to visit one of our branches. Therefore, we have taken several security measures:
- We keep a safety distance 2 meters from other people.
- We wear a FFP2 mask - please do the same.
- Our employees wash their hands several times a day.
- We refrain from shaking hands.
If it is crowded inside please wait in front of the branch.
Important: Please postpone any visits to our branches if you happen to feel ill!

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends avoiding cash payments for hygienic reasons. This measure can also help stem the spread of coronavirus.

New limit for contactless payments with cards and smartphones
The limit for contactless payment transactions without PIN using debit and credit cards has been raised from 25 to 50 euros. There is no need to enter a code for purchases up to 50 euros at POS terminals. For amounts over 50 euros, please enter your code as usual. This measure applies for the duration of the Corona crisis.
Existing security rules remains unchanged: If you use the contactless payment option for a total amount that exceeds 125 euros, you have to enter your PIN or insert your card. Please note the instructions displayed on the device.
Suspend interest and / or installment payments
In the event of loss of income due to the effects of coronavirus, you can quickly and easily apply for deferred payment of interests and / or installments.
