Hey George! is a new kind of intuitive search which does not find your many transactions (that's the job of the normal George Business search) but offers you the shortcuts to important and widely used George Business functions and features. If you don't want to find your way through the menus and submenus, just say Hey George!
There are three ways how to access the Hey George! feature.
Whenever you access the George Business search bar in the top header, George will give you the Hey George! option.
Wherever you are with George Business, the Help area which lives behind the big question mark in the bottom right corner of your screen offers you support. Amongst other support functions, you can always access Hey George! from here.
By clicking ⇧Shift + ⇧Shift you have the "shortcut to the shortcuts" and the fastest way to say Hey George! The function will open immediately.
By the way, in your George Business User Profile you have the chance to define other double click options which open Hey George! function. Or you deactivate the fastest way to say Hey George! completely. Hey, it's your choice.
As soon as you access the Hey George! function, you will find direct shortcuts to the most important and most used features and functions of George Business, e.g. the creation of a new standing order or a bulk transfer.
You can also use the search field and tell George where you want to go, e.g. by typing "language" because you don't know how to finde the language settings for George Business.
